• In-app purchases are managed by your device's platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and we are not responsible for payment processing
• We are not liable for any loss or harm resulting from unauthorized transactions
• Items purchased are virtual and have no monetary value outside the Game
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate in-game currency or items without liability to you

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE GAME.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PURCHASES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Game at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account or stop using the Game, you may simply discontinue using the Game and delete it from your devices.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
